Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping. No order cancellations or modifications can be made after an order is placed.

Please note: Ivy & Olive is not responsible if promotional or discount codes are not entered at checkout. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders or amounts refunded because a discount code was not entered. We do not do price adjustments after the order is placed. 

PREORDERS

If you place a Preorder on our site, please note the following:

  • Payment is collected at the time the order is placed, not when the item ships.
  • You may order In Stock items with Preorder items! In Stock items will not ship until the Preorder item is available, and both will ship together. If you'd like the In Stock item(s) to ship immediately, we suggest placing two separate orders. 
  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page. Please check the product page for updates on the shipping timeline.
  • Occasionally items may be delayed. If a Preorder item is delayed 30 days or more beyond the original estimated shipping timeline posted on the product page, you may request a full refund to your original form of payment before the item ships. Once the item has shipped, you may return the item for store credit only according to the current return policy.
  • If you wish to return a Preorder item, you have 14 days from the day the order is delivered to postmark the return.
  • If you order an In Stock item with a Preorder item, you will only be charged shipping once.
  • Preorder items will ship via standard shipping and will take 3-10 business days to arrive unless an order contains ONLY the Preorder item and priority or express shipping is chosen at checkout.
  • If a Preorder is canceled before it ships, a 15% fee will be deducted from the amount refunded on the order.
  • Facebook and Instagram checkout cannot be used to purchase Preorder items per Facebook and Instagram rules.

SHIPPING

Note: Please expect shipping delays during the Holiday season.

Standard shipping within the continental United States is FREE with orders over $85. Orders under $85 cost $7.95 for standard shipping within the continental United States. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $10.95.

Shipping options within the continental United States include:

     Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days (plus processing).

     Priority: 2-4 business days (plus processing).

     Priority Express: 1-2 business days (plus processing). Cannot be used for addresses with PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship to Canada! Orders will be shipped Standard International Shipping (6-20 business days) using USPS, UPS, or DHL at a flat rate of $26.95 USD. We currently do not offer expedited international shipping.

Customs and Duties:

Ivy & Olive does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on International orders. Countries may or may not assess additional taxes and fees on your order when entering the country. We are not responsible for, and do not pay these fees.

ORDERS AND PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days for shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We will do our best to process Express orders asap for shipment.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address is entered correctly. If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees that are incurred.

Ivy & Olive is NOT responsible for:

  • Stolen packages once a package is marked as delivered. Make sure you are shipping to a secure address.
  • Delays once a package has shipped with the shipping carrier.
  • Lost, missing, or damaged packages once a package has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the package tracking states the package has been scanned (or marked) as delivered, we do not offer refunds or replacements, and cannot be held accountable.
  • Additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS or UPS exceptions beyond our control.

We are not responsible if a package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time, and cannot be held liable for package delays with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or otherwise). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges when a package fails to be delivered on time. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY when postmarked for return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. Credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card for the amount paid for the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No order cancellations or modifications can be made after an order is placed.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, UNWORN, UNWASHED, and with all tags attached. Returned items that contain makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smell of perfume or smoke, or other stains/odors, or are ripped or torn will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping charges. If accepted, returned items not in original condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. 

Final Sale items, accessories (including jewelry, belts, scarves, bags, hats, and hair accessories), gift cards, and items purchased with a 40% discount or more are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. **This includes discount codes and entire site sales.** Flash sales marked final sale are non-returnable.

Purchases that include a free gift must include that free gift if being returned.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box or package. Shoes sent back with shipping labels or tape attached to the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Please do not include any items you do not wish to return in the return package. Ivy & Olive is not responsible for items accidentally sent in the return package.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing due to incorrect sizing or improper handling. 

Damaged merchandise must be reported to Ivy & Olive within 2 days of receiving your order or cannot be returned. If damaged items are received after the 2 day window you will be contacted and the item(s) will be shipped back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact info@ivyandoliveboutique.com for assistance. Damages that occur after items are worn do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Due to different computer or screen resolutions, photography lenses, or indoor/outdoor lighting the exact colors of merchandise may vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the customer is responsible for return shipping if a return is made.

HOLIDAY APPAREL

Holiday apparel including holiday themed sweaters, clothing, and pajamas must be post marked for return by December 24th. After December 24th, it becomes FINAL SALE.
 
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
 
The Return Policy Window is extended for the Holiday Season. Items purchased starting November 19th have until January 6th to post mark a return for Store Credit Only. We do not offer Refunds to the Method of Payment! Items purchased prior to November 19th are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy. This excludes Holiday themed apparel and pajamas, which cannot be returned after December 24th.
 
Final Sale items, accessories (including jewelry, belts, bags, scarves, hats, and hair accessories), and gift cards are FINAL SALE regardless of our Holiday Return Policy. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received, unworn and unwashed. Do not include additional items not listed on the packing slip.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted on non sale items. If you would like to make an exchange, please visit our return portal here and select the items for exchange. Once we receive and process your return, you will receive an invoice to pay any additional amount owed on the exchange, plus a $7.95 shipping fee if the exchange value is below $85. We will ship your exchange to the address on file. **Please note: Items are not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive an email with store credit for the amount of the return.

International orders currently do not qualify for exchanges, and will be for store credit only if returned. International orders are responsible for return shipping and handling costs when making a return.

ABOUT CHECKOUT+

Checkout with Checkout+ for $0.99 per order for free returns for store credit on your order across the US. Free returns covers the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Ivy & Olive, returns are eligible for store credit only. Didn't checkout with Checkout+? You can still use the return portal to send back your return, and purchase a return label at discounted shipping rates thru Re:do for easy hassle free returns.

How to return your merchandise:

Please read the return policy above to ensure your return meets the requirements. If all requirements are met, follow the instructions below for easy, hassle-free returns!

    1. Access our returns portal using the link above. Please include your packing slip with your return package. 
    2. Package merchandise for shipping in its original bag or box (or other protective shipping packaging) and include packing slip.
    3. If Checkout+ was not purchased with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
    4. If you prefer not to use our returns portal, please send back your return using a shipping carrier of choice and ship to:

Returns will be processed within 4 business days once we receive your items.  If your return meets the requirements and is accepted, you will receive an email with your store credit gift card once your return is processed.

Store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued.
